Think about the case studies from the readings as you review the website (State Index on Youth Homelessness, at the National Center on Homelessness and Poverty) and answer the following questions.
• Select 5-6 states to compare to one another. How do these states rank in the index? Why?
• Overall, how much do you agree with the policy and systems recommendations for improvement? Would these recommendations work for the youth depicted in the case studies?
• Briefly describe what else you would like to see added or changes in the states' policies, systems, or environments (or what you want to make sure they continue to do)?
