Write 700 to 1,050 words paper in which you outline the nature and effects of co-occurring disorders on the assessment and treatment of substance abuse and dependence. Include the following:

o Identify 2 to 3 disorders that commonly co-occur with substance-related and addictive disorders.
o Describe each co-occurring disorder in-depth, and discuss which substance or substances are most likely to be abused by individuals with this disorder.
o Describe specific issues related to the assessment and treatment of individuals with co-occurring disorders.
