The Australian Commonwealth Government has developed a cloud computing strategy[1] and Cloud Computing Policy[2] and you, as a strategic management consultant, are asked to analyse the situation, and give recommendations on the way forward to implement this strategy. As part of this, you are asked to:
1.Identify the elements of the Business Model that cloud computing as a new opportunity could transform,
2.Describe the Business Concept, that outlines the vision of this future business model,
3.Detail the strategy to implement the vision, including the strategic goals and objective, and the principles that should guide this transformation, and
4.Describe, using a dynamic business model, what is involved in the transformation of the present business model to realize this envisioned future.
In a real life scenario what you are producing would be part of a Business Case or a Business Plan, but this assignment does not ask you to create a complete business plan.
