For each area of weakness develop Two Annual Goals For each Annual Goal develop Two short-term (SMART) objectives (be sure they are measurable, and the verbs are words that can be measured). For each short-term objective locate an evidenced based intervention to remediate that area of weakness and cite your source ( i.e., PECS and the source).
