Describe two or three challenges you will need to address to be successful as a healthcare administrator and/or promote positive social change.
Describe at least three SMART goals related to your education and/or career that you will commit to achieving within the next 3 years (e.g. obtaining a professional license, joining a professional organization, and taking continuing education courses).
Describe several concrete actions you can take to facilitate achievement of each goal you have identified.
Describe ways you can leverage your strengths, communication skills, and leadership style.
Include a minimum of 3 peer reviewed sources within the last 5 years to support your plan.
