Describe two different business situations as case studies to test your code of ethics. These case study situations can be ones that you have faced personally or have heard about, or they can be situations your classmates mentioned in their discussion posts. You can even make up a situation, if you want. Give enough detail about each situation so that you have enough information to work with when you apply your code of ethics to the case study situations, and please choose situations that require you to make decisions that are ethically challenging, or at least, where the right or best decision is not obvious or intuitive.

I am establishing a code of ethics for a pastry business called Le Crème Sweets, in where service by baking various types of pastries such as cake pops, cupcakes, chocolate coved pretzels, marshmallows, wafers and cookies. My business would be limited liability, ran by myself and another family member. This is a convenient service provided to those who seek a sweet table design and set up or simple would like to order a unique sweets for any occasion. My pastry/sweet treat business would apply to people who are always on the go and looking for a delicious custom made treats for any occasion that do not have time to bake and decorate.
