Identify a communication skill (e.g., public speaking, listening and writing) that you feel you need to improve. Research an article that provides insight into how you can improve that specific communication skill use it to answer the questions in the box below.
I say public speaking.
i. Successful communication requires sending and receiving a message in an understandable manner. Summarize the article regarding the skill that you want to improve from your research. Identify and describe at least two ways you might apply the suggestions to strengthen your communication skills.
ii. Electronic media/communication is often used in the workplace. Identify and describe three suggestions that you as an employee should be mindful of when using electronic media. Provide examples of how they might be used in a work setting.
iii. Do you feel that a company should be allowed to review a job candidate's social media accounts prior to hiring them? Explain your answer.
