Discussion Post: Time Continuum Model of Motivation
Developing attitude: How do we create or affirm a favorable disposition toward learning through personal relevance and choice
• A Describe the essential condition you are assigned. What is it about? Why is it important?
• Describe at least three strategies that you feel are most important to create the condition in your teaching and motivate adult learners.
• Provide suggestions for implementing each strategy in a learning environment. You should use examples from your own practice to illustrate how to use these strategies. Be certain to identify if the learning environment is face-to-face, online, or if your suggestions could be applied to both types of learning environments.
