Watch the following YouTube video: "Overcoming the 5 Biggest Struggles for Team Leaders"
After watching the video presentation, open up a Word document and write a paper reflecting on the need to overcome obstacles. The expectation is you will write a one-two page paper, being sure to include answers to the questions below. Your reflection should be in paragraph form, paying attention to spelling, grammar, mechanics, etc. This does not need to be in APA format.
1) In the video, five struggles for team leaders are presented. Do you believe these are the correct five obstacles that leaders should work to overcome? Identify which ones you agree with and which ones do not agree.
2) Describe three obstacles you would add to the list? Explain your reasoning for selecting those obstacles.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
