Describe theories to encourage employee groups


The organization has three kinds of employees: salespeople, production workers, and administrative staff. I have chosen Equity Theory (Adams) for salespeople, Expectancy Theory (Vroom) for production workers, and ERG Theory (Aldefer) for administrative staff as the most effective theories to encourage these employee groups. If I am correct, what would be some discussion points for each? If I am wrong in my option, what motivation theory would apply to each employee group?
