Describe 1 to 3 behavioral economics concepts that you want to explain to the board. Explain how those concepts help the company better understand the potential behavior of employees. Describe the tools from behavioral economics that are relevant to designing the employee benefits that you have chosen to focus on. Explain the benefits and potential costs of relying on those behavioral economic tools. Final recommendations Include a full bibliography of the assigned articles that you will be using, as well as any outside sources that you believe you may end up using in your assignment.
