• An existing business
• An organization you previously or currently work in
Submit a 2- to 3-page response to the following:
• Briefly describe the organization you will be analyzing.
• Describe the team dynamics in the selected organization.
• Explain how leadership in the selected organization can improve team dynamics.
• What are the motivational issues that could be affecting the team dynamics of this organization?
• In general, how does cultural diversity affect team dynamics in the workplace?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
