Describe the statistics ie media standard deviations

We continue working on the case study " NCRCC: Teeing Up a New Strategic Direction" (https://highered.mheducation.com/sites/0073373702/student_view0/cases.html). Based on the survey used for the case study, and the excel file database related to this case study and attached to this assignment, read the following information before continuing with the instruction:

Notice that the excel file database shows the responses given by 837 individuals (sample size) for each var-item (193 items plus four demographic/classification variables: membership, status, age and gender from section V of the survey, for a total of 197). Each question is considered a variable (Var), and the items used for each question (x#) are considered items per variable. For instance:

Question 1 can be named as "Overall satisfaction" (Var1 = x1 from the excel database -sheet 2). This variable has no items.

Question 2 can be named as "Feeling/Purposes", since the question measures feeling and purposes of the club members. This variable (Var2) has two items (currently-x2, and should be-x3). I strongly recommend using key words to name the variables as the above examples show. Each item does not need to be named with key words, they can be identified by "x#" symbol (see row 1 of the excel file); for instance, x2, x3. See Sheet 2 from the attached excel file database.

Part I:

Once all the questions/variables (Var) along with their items (x#) have been identified in the excel file database, and based on Part IV "Analysis and presentation of Data" page 399, follow the instructions below:

  1. Describe the statistics (i.e. media, standard deviations, frequency, etc.) for each variable and items included in the study (197) through excel. There are 183 var-items, and four demographic/classification variables). Please, perform the statistics per question; for instance,

For Question 1 Var1 "Overall Satisfaction"

Variable

Mean

Std

Overall Satisfaction (x1)

4.5

1.20

For Question 2 Var2 "Feeling/Purposes"

Variables

Currently (x2)

Should be (x3)

For Question "Gender"(Frequency):

Then,

  1. Pick two variables from the survey/excel file, and perform a Cross-Tabulation technique. Show your conclusions from doing it.
  2. Pick two continue variables and perform a correlation analysis. Show your conclusions from doing it.
  3. Pick two nominal variables and perform a nonparametric analysis. Show your conclusions from doing it.
  4. Perform a regression model by having the variable Satisfaction as dependent variables, and five other variables as independent ones. Show your conclusions from doing it.
