Demographics/details:
1) a "chain" store inside a shopping centre (indoor shopping mall)
2) the store has a very high volume front shop
3) many of the regular customers of the store are Asian and are of average income
4) many of the customers are young, with children, and most have insurance benefits
5) the mall and the store are on a bus route
6) a school is located a few blocks away
7) there is an optometrist and an orthodontist in the mall & a walk-in clinic across the street
8) many different stores in the mall so competition from can be challenging
