You have been working as a project manager overseeing the development of a new model scanner that is going to be released within this fiscal year. The project is close to being finished. You are asked to give a presentation to the sales department outlining the functionalities of the new scanner. How will you address the following in your presentation to the sales department?
a) Share how you will prepare for this presentation. What kind of strategies or methods will be effective for this type of communication and audience?
b) Describe the specific information you think will be helpful to the sales team in preparation for marketing the new scanner to customers.
