Discussion Post: Impact of Traditional Retail- Malls, Local Stores, National Chains
Students will learn about the significant business impacts of Covid-19 on a specific industry and key sub-segment of their assigned industry. This learning will help students understand how Black Swan events can impact industries and their supply chains differently; and critically think of how to build agility into different supply chains.
Describe the sourcing implications in near and long term. New suppliers needed? Local vs Global implications? Single/Sole/Multiple sourcing strategy implications?
