Read, both, the Texas Republican Party's Platform and the Texas Democratic Party's Platform. Compare and contrast the two platforms. Describe the socio-economic, political, ideological, and cultural highpoints of both platforms. Identify the three to five of the most important "planks" in the platforms and why you believe to be important. Why?
