Assume n = 2 + 1, where n is the number of parties in total with at most t colluding parties. In the sharing phase, the dealer broadcasts shares of parties that complain. If this step of broadcast of the shares does not take place would the parties be able to reconstruct the secret in VSS-Rec? Explain in detail.
