Now that you have learned much more about organizations, and particularly virtual team work, respond to the following question: Using the concepts from the course text, describe the roles that social presence, digital communication, and unshared environmental context played in both the development and resolution of the problematic dynamics of the virtual team. Remember to cite sources including the course text and at least two other scholarly resources. Remember to respond to at least two of your classmates and instructor, as appropriate.
