Problem
The activity required the following equipment to be retrieved from the storage shed and carried to the playground area and set-up read for use: 4 x large shock-absorbing foam mats Foam shapes (large tunnel, stairs and ramp) Balance beam x 3 Climbing frames x 2 There were no other educators available to assist you in retrieving and setting up the equipment. The storage shed was unorganized, and there was equipment stored in the walkway instead of on the shelves provided. This made it difficult to access the required equipment for your activity. You also found it difficult to move some of the equipment by yourself due to the awkward shape, size, and weight of some of the equipment. Process for simulating email: Write an email using your own personal email account. Ensure that you use professional language and terminology that is suited to the early learning workplace. Write the email as though you are sending it to your Director to inform her of your WHS concerns. Ensure that you mention all WHS concerns from the scenario and describe the risks associated with these concerns.
