Research paper is being done on Equifax' data breach. Please use the following research question: How can Equifax create better security measures in order to protect customer information and regain their trust?
Please include findings from at least 4 different listening tools and describe each listening tool as well as information found about Equifax' data breach. Be sure to include Table of contents. Do not put headers on the paper.
