Introduction: The cause/effect organizational pattern focuses on the question "why" by describing the relationships between two or more events. Any time you consider the reason something happened or the results of an event, you are using cause and effect. We know that nothing happens without causes and every event has effects. Cause/effect helps us to solve problems by looking at their causes. The pattern can also help us to make predictions by looking at the effects certain events have had in the past.
Your objective is to revise the first draft of your Cause-and-Effect essay. The draft will be a complete essay of 750 to 1000 words describing the causes of a problem in your field and supporting your ideas with a combination of research from both web resources and peer-reviewed journals. You may not use the first person (I, we, us) or second person (you) in this essay.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
