Submit brief letter of intent answering 3 problems:
o Why are you interested in a career at Mount Sinai Medical Center
o What makes you a fit for the graduate nurse scholarship program at Mount Sinai
o Describe the reasons you decided to pursue a nursing career.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
