In your short summary, please detail the reasons for the lawsuit and outcome. Also describe the implications for high school sport administrators. Next, prepare a summary of one of the MHSAA litigations using information from the MHSAA legal issues link (in the required readings section). In your journal, please describe the reasons for the lawsuit, the MHSAA Regulation or Policy involved, and the outcome of the case. Your essay should be at least 400 words.
