Hi there, I will have anSTATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT online course and I have too many discussion forums. Every two days or one days, I will post a question and a video where you watch it and respond to it, and I will add after that add two response of my peers in the class and you will respond to them also. Can you do that?
1) This PBS documentary is based on Hurricane Katrina that affected New Orleans in 2005. For this discussion forum, you will need to view the documentary and address the following questions.
1. Discuss the problems encountered in New Orleans due to the lack of interoperability or the lack of radio communication. What role did it play?
At least one page to cover the discussion and identifying and clarifying the role.
2. This documentary speaks to the concept of federalism. Define federalism and discuss how interoperability relates to federalism in terms of funding.
At least one page to cover the defining and discussion of the question.
