Problem
MM is a 69-year-old female patient who arrived at ED to be evaluated for a worsening cough; a few weeks she was seen by her PCP and prescribed doxycycline for an asthma exacerbation. Two weeks later, her symptoms persisted she went back to the ED with a worsening cough and shortness of breath. She was found to be hypoxic with an oxygen level of 86 and was tachycardic. MM's past medical history: Asthma, thyroid cancer, CKD3, GERD, hypertension, obesity, pulmonary hypertension.
