Response to the following:
Review the three images in Figure in Godish, Davis, and Fu's (2015) book, and then consider the authors' comments regarding accuracy, precision, and bias. Notice that the reported industry practice is to accept sample data within ten percent of the true value for statistical sampling methods, and within 25% of the true value for passive sampling methods.
What problems do you think that this practice could pose when attempting to generalize air quality study outcomes?
