Ordering and Stocking Methodologies
1) Describe the ordering or reacquisition of materials methodology.
2) Describe the organization's stocking methodology. Include specifics about the following:
a) Perishables
b) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
c) Supermarkets
d) Point-of-use staging
e) Kitting
f) ABC classification
g) Sensitive/classified materials
The stocking methodology analysis should include at least 3 key points under each topic.
