Write a 2-page, 500-word minimum paper describing the organization that you work for, or one with which you are familiar, from the perspective of organizational behavior, touching on its processes, structure, change and innovation, and effectiveness. Structure your response as an essay and do not include the written question/task in your response.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
