Organization Development and Change
Now that organizational development has identified the problems or challenges affecting an organization, the organization must now be restructured or realigned to best meet its objectives. In that light:
1. Describe the most common organizational structure (Functional Structure) used today and in relationship to the organization you currently or have worked at
2. Assess the strengths and weaknesses as a structure.
