Write about a recent merger between two companies.
Describe the merger. Explain who bought who? What price was paid? What happened to the stock prices of each company? Describe the industry they are in. How does the merger affect the industry? How will it affect consumers? Do you foresee additional mergers in this industry? Why?
The paper should be at least one page in length. If you missed a previous writing assignment then this paper should be 2.5 pages to make up for the assignment you missed. It should flow, not be a collection of facts and bullet points. Title line should simply be your name. 12 font.
