With the 24-7 nature of life these days, that pressure often is a constant. One of the bigger challenges is to find constructive ways to find a sense of balance. Earlier, you reflected on how you prioritize. This week, you are going to look more deeply at strategies for managing balance in your life.

Post a cohesive response to the following, in which you:

o Describe the main events in your life-that you can share-that cause you happiness.

o Describe the main events that cause you stress. In general, how do you cope with those things that cause you stress?

o Describe how you will achieve a balance between your work and your life so that you will be happy. How will you prioritize happiness and what will it look like?

o As a manager, describe how you might help ensure that your employees experience a minimal amount of work stress.

o As a manager, describe how you might help ensure that your employees are productive while maintaining balance between work and outside commitments.
