For k-12, design one learning event, "Multicultural Learning" and address the following requirements (The learning event is an "Online Folk Tale Festival" where the learners can browse stories from all parts of the world and then respond to their learning.):
1. Describe the need for the learning event.
2. Describe the learners for the learning event.
3. Describe the learning environment for the learning event.
4. Develop appropriate learning outcomes (objectives) as they relate to the need and the learner.
5. Create "Multicultural Learning" event based on the appropriate learning theory (Behaviorism, Cognitivism, and Constructivism theories) that best matches the content, learner, environment, and outcomes.
6. Describe the instructional method(s) that will be used based on the above and explain how it matches the characteristics of the theory chosen.
7. Describe how it will be assesses if learning has occurred and explain how the selected assessment is appropriate for the theory.
