Choose a job with which you are familiar.
a) Describe the job and the organization it is in.
b) Develop a self-directed learning program for a skill that is important for that job.
c) The program should include:
i. A cover page with the program title The program content.
ii. Include a “script” (lecture) of key material for trainees, at least two objectives, reading requirements (if any), and at least one written activity.
iii. A description of how you will evaluate whether the program’s objectives were met.
