A. Describe the importance of forecasting temperature and stability. How is stability determined (what does the text/lecture say about how to determine it)? explain how we determine it and why it's important... For example: How does this impact daily activities? Should boat captains or pilots care about this?
B. Why are temperature instruments colored the way they are, placed in special locations, above the ground, etc.? Describe the common instruments we use at a weather station. Be sure to describe how they work.
C. Search Google for an example of a "rawinsonde". Describe what it is/how we use it/locations of launch, etc. Cite sources.
