PART 1:

Many were haunted by the image of a screaming Jessica being driven off in a van from the only family she had known. Predict this little girl's short-term adjustment and long-term adjustment based on Bowlby's attachment theory. Your answer should be 1 pg in length.

Carefully connect how your chosen theories/explanations impact not only the child but continue to influence that child throughout his/her adult life. Your answer should be 1-2 pg in length.
PART 2:
Study the main argument of Bowlby and Ainsworth's attachment theory, with emphasis on the role of nature and nurture in attachment, and the mechanism through which early attachments have lasting effects on development. Using this information, describe how early experiences affect later social development. Be sure your discussion post addresses the impact of both nature and nurture influences.
