Problem: Give me a response about nurse-to-patient ratio, considering the current state of society and healthcare, there are a variety of issues and problems that can be addressed in terms of quality improvement. One reoccurring example is staffing to patient ratios. Appropriate nurses-to patient ratios have been linked to better outcomes and a reduction in adverse events, complications, and hospital readmissions.
