While we know that there are basic health and safety procedures that need to be in place to ensure that infants and toddlers are staying healthy and not in danger, each state has specific policies and practices.

In this discussion, you will need to visit your state licensing and/or health department website to select one health and safety procedure for infants and toddlers.

In your initial post,
a) Describe the health and safety procedure, include a link to the website from your state licensing and/or health department.
b) Explain how it supports the health and well-being of infants and toddlers.
