Describe the fundamental shift in the health delivery paradigm that is possible because of Internet technologies (content/transport). What specific changes are now possible? Describe specific promises, (e.g. positive changes) this technology brings to healthcare, specifically name three promises offered to one of the following: home health, chronic disease management, hospital or other inpatient treatment, research and development, insurance, or physician/ambulatory care.
