Develop an employee selection plan on the company Apple. Most sections of the plan correspond with a section of the textbook), so be sure to use the textbook as guidance in developing your plan. This assignment should be comprised of the following sections. Assume that selection tools from each section will be used. Introduction: In one paragraph, describe the nature of the firm's business (i.e., industry). The firm can be named or it can remain anonymous. Describe the firm's vision/mission/purpose statement, business objectives, and/or core values, followed by a definitive identification of the firm's strategy (i.e., identify which of the generic strategies identified by Porter your firm follows), etc. Also, at the end of this section, be sure to identify the title of the strategically important position for which this selection plan is being developed. A strategically important position is a position directly related to the way the organization competes with and/or differentiates itself from the competition. An organization could have many strategically important position(s), but for this plan you only need to cover one.
