Access the library's website ( https://www.jocolibrary.org/ ) and study the organization's mission, goals, stakeholders, challenges, and accomplishments by reviewing annual reports, strategic plans, news articles, administrative policies, and program descriptions.
Create a paper of at least 6 pages and APA format (excluding title and references pages), briefly describe the library, its goals, its recent accomplishments, and the challenges it currently faces. Identify why the JoCo library exists and how it creates value for its stakeholders. Provide examples of how the library balances the needs of different stakeholder groups. Outline the library's key inputs and outputs, and some of the ways the organization measures its effectiveness. Describe the ethical standards and guidelines that apply to JoCo Library managers and employees, and how these standards and guidelines might influence the ways managers and employees make decisions about the needs and interests of the library's diverse group of stakeholders.
