1) Describe the economics of the deal Marcus struck with the owner of the business? Would you have accepted if you were the owner? What would you have done differently (from either side)?
2) Provide a description of the condition of the business when Marcus arrived? (organizationally, operationally, and financially)
3) Marcus uses a "three P's" approach when evaluating and turning around a business - product, process, and people. Describe why and how he is changing any of the three P's at Eco-Me.
