What are the risks and benefits of HPV vaccination? What are the differences in risk factors and location of HPV+ and HPV- head and neck cancers? What can hygienists do to help prevent HPV-associated disease?

5. What diseases are caused by herpes simplex viruses in different sites of the body? What does it mean if someone is seropositive for HSV-1 or HSV-2? What drugs are available to treat these viruses and how do they work? Should you treat patients with presenting with herpes labialis? Why or why not?
