• Identify and describe the different types of job analysis (task based, competency based). Explain (in your opinion) why one might be preferred over the other.
• Imagine a scenario where you are a newly appointed HR manager for a company suffering from a high rate of (voluntary) employee turnover. Describe three methods you would use to retain employees and explain why you would use each of those methods.
