You will need to write a comprehensive APA Analysis paper using all the knowledge you have gained in HM4540. Please make sure to implement topics from Unit 5, the reading section, and the attend section into your final paper for the entire course. • Arbitration is appropriate when two parties know they will be unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation or mediation. Identify the steps that must be taken if one person would rather go to court.
• Explain why many organizations require arbitration instead of litigation and why the relationship that exists between a supervisor has with their employee matters
• Describe the difference between arbitration and mediation. What role does human resources play throughout these processes.
• Describe the final offer arbitration. What are its advantages and disadvantages?
