Executive Summary (Paper does not to include all items)
1) The business opportunity: describe the need or the opportunity.
2) Taking advantage of the opportunity: explain how your business will serve the market.
3) The target market: describe the customer base you will be targeting.
4) Business model: describe your products or services and what will make them appealing to the target market.
5) Marketing and sales strategy: briefly outline your plans for marketing your products/services.
6) The competition - describe your competition and your strategy for getting market share. What is your competitive advantage, e.g. what will you offer to customers that your competitors cannot?
7) Financial analysis:summarize the financial plan including projections for at least the next three years.
8) Owners/Staff: describe the owners and the key staff members and the expertise they bring to the venture.
9) Implementation plan: outline the schedule for taking your business from the planning stage to opening your doors.
Company Description(Paper does not to include all items)
a) Company name: The official name of your business as registered in the state where you do business.
b) Type of business structure: Sole proprietorship, LLC, partnership or corporation.
c) Ownership/management team: Names of the key people behind the company.
d) Location: Where is the company headquartered?
e) Mission statement: A clear statement that represents the purpose of your company.
f) Products/services and target market: A brief overview of what you plan to sell and to whom.
g) Objectives: An outline of what you want to accomplish in the immediate future based on the data in the rest of the business plan as well as future growth goals.
h) Vision statement: A statement about how you envision the future of the company.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
