Describe the cultural values of the dominant U.S. society and its impact on the Latino population. How do these values manifest themselves in general population and especially in the media as they attempt to emphasize these values onto the viewers via: reading, watching or listening to the media? Have you ever watched a movie, read a book or listened to something and felt offended due to how the culture is portrayed? Especially if you fall under the Latino culture, did you feel you were mispresented? Did you simply laugh along and do you remember why?
