Crime Control Versus Due Process
After reading Chapter 1 of the Peak (2015) textbook, describe the crime control and due process models of criminal justice. Describe how the models are utilized by policy makers within the system, either alone or in conjunction with one another.
What community indicators might exist that would determine which model became the dominant one relied upon by authorities?
