Problem
How do I describe the circumstances surrounding my academic situation regarding academic probation that I was placed on during my Spring 2018 semester of undergraduate studies at my community college. I enrolled in 16 credits during that semester, but unfortunately I failed an English course. I first started college Fall 2017 only registering for 12 credits and realized that if I want to graduate on-time I need to register for 15 credits+. Not realizing the amount of additional work, I failed the English course but for the remainder of my studies until graduation in Fall 2019 I kept good academic standing and seeked help when I needed it.
