Contracts are everywhere-whether it is a loan on a car or home or signing up for a cell phone plan. These require some form of agreement. For consumers and businesses, contracts and agreements play a critical role.
Think of an experience when you signed an agreement with another person or organization.
1) Describe the circumstances and purpose of the agreement.
2) What would the consequences be if you or the other party broke the agreement?
